1. What WebMole does

WebMole is an AI Engine Optimization (AEO) monitoring and optimization tool. We scan AI search engines to check if and how your website is cited, score your visibility, and provide actionable fixes. We are not a law firm, SEO agency, or guaranteed ranking service.

2. Your account

  • You must provide a valid email address.
  • You are responsible for keeping your password secure.
  • One person or entity per account. Agency accounts may monitor multiple brands as allowed by your plan.
  • You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.

3. Free tier

The free audit is available without an account. It provides a one-time AEO score and basic fix suggestions. Free tier accounts are limited to 5 tracked keywords. We reserve the right to rate-limit free audits to prevent abuse.

4. Paid plans

  • Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Stripe.
  • Annual plans are billed upfront for the full year at a discounted rate.
  • You can cancel anytime. Monthly plans end at the current billing period. Annual plans are non-refundable after 14 days.
  • We may change pricing with 30 days notice. Existing subscriptions are honored until renewal.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use WebMole to scan URLs you do not own or have permission to audit.
  • Automate access beyond the provided API (Agency plan) without permission.
  • Reverse-engineer our scoring algorithm or AI engine queries.
  • Resell WebMole data without an Agency plan.
  • Use the service for any illegal purpose.

6. Intellectual property

WebMole owns the service, branding, and scoring methodology. You own your data — the URLs, brands, and content you submit. Audit reports generated for your account are yours to use, share, and export.

7. Accuracy and guarantees

AI search results change constantly. Our scores and citations reflect a point-in-time snapshot. We do not guarantee:

  • That implementing our fixes will improve your AI visibility.
  • That our citations data is 100% complete — AI engines may return different results based on location, time, and model version.
  • Uptime, though we target 99.9% availability.

8. Limitation of liability

WebMole is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. On termination, your data is deleted within 30 days per our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
